Appointment Cancellation

& Deposit Policy

At 360 Health Integrated Medical Boutique, we value your time and ours. In order to continue providing high-quality boutique care and reserved appointment times for all clients, the following cancellation and deposit policy is in effect:

Appointment Deposits

  • Certain appointments, services, consultations, procedures, and packages may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service total.

  • Deposits are non-transferable unless approved by management.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time, there will be no cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be required.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or require a new deposit before future booking.

Refund Policy

  • All services, packages, memberships, deposits, and products are non-refundable.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for services rendered, prepaid services, missed appointments, or purchased products.

  • Treatment results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on provider availability.

  • Excessive tardiness may be considered a missed appointment.
