Appointment Cancellation
& Deposit Policy
At 360 Health Integrated Medical Boutique, we value your time and ours. In order to continue providing high-quality boutique care and reserved appointment times for all clients, the following cancellation and deposit policy is in effect:
Appointment Deposits
Certain appointments, services, consultations, procedures, and packages may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service total.
Deposits are non-transferable unless approved by management.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time, there will be no cancellation fee.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be required.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or require a new deposit before future booking.
Refund Policy
All services, packages, memberships, deposits, and products are non-refundable.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for services rendered, prepaid services, missed appointments, or purchased products.
Treatment results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on provider availability.
Excessive tardiness may be considered a missed appointment.
